Since July 3, 2017, I have worked as the University Archivist at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to this, I served as the inaugural Archivist for the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, from 2013-2017.

I also have an extensive background in secondary and higher education, having worked as an Academic Advisor at the University of Maryland, and as a History and Economics teacher in the South Pasadena Unified School District in California.

I hold an MA in History and an MLS, both from the University of Maryland.
