Lisa Snider is currently the Senior Accessibility Consultant and Owner of Access Changes Everything. She has been an accessibility advocate since 1999, and specializes in the accessibility of websites, audio, video, social media, computers, documents and born digital materials.

Lisa’s passion in life is to educate others about accessibility. Since 1999, she has given many presentations, seminars and workshops on accessibility to a wide range of North American organizations, associations and institutions.

She authored the 2014 book chapter ‘Access for All: Making Your Archives Website Accessible for People with Disabilities’, created the ‘Document Accessibility Directive’ for the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, is a member of the W3C Accessible Online Learning Community Group and Lisa is part of the Microsoft Office Accessibility Group and the Microsoft Mac Outlook Accessibility Group, collaborating with Microsoft to improve the accessibility of their products.
