The hotel has an emergency response team 24 hours a day. Provide the location of the emergency so that the hotel staff can properly direct first responders and paramedics to the location.



A name badge is required for admission to all meetings, sessions, and events. To replace a lost badge, go to the Onsite Registration Desk during registration hours (Lobby Level 1).

Digital Preservation Drop-in Center:

Don’t know where to start? We didn’t either! The Digital Preservation Drop-in Center is a place where you can ask questions that you have about digital archives, preservation, best practices, tools, standards, training, and how to get started. Members of the Electronic Records Section, Metadata and Digital Objects Roundtable, SNAP, and Women Archivists Roundtable are on hand to answer your questions!


Archival Education and More: 

Information tables are available within the Networking Café for graduate archival education programs and allied organizations to distribute program literature and have representatives answer questions one on one.  Take this opportunity to make connections in a conversational setting.

Indoor Walking Directions From the Hilton Atlanta to MARTA

  • Go to the second floor of the Hilton Atlanta and walk to the Skybridge above the lobby that leads to the Marriott Marquis.  
  • Continue Straight through the Skybridge and into the Marriott Marquis. In front of you will be an escalator, take the escalator up one floor, and then transfer to another escalator to go up one more floor. 
  • Take a right off of the escalator and head through the lobby towards the restaurant. Once you are through the lobby and have passed the restaurant behind on your left you will come to a junction where you can go left or right. 
  • Go Left and follow the signs that read “To Marquis One Tower/Skybridge to Peachtree Center.” At the end of the hall way turn right then left, and in front of you will be glass doors that you walk through. 
  • Go forward and then turn right at the Security Desk in front of you, and follow that Skybridge into Peachtree Center Food Court. 
  • Continue through the Food Court past the Coffee Shop, and past the Chick-fil-A. Further down on the right will be the entrance to MARTA via a down escalator.
