Heather Oswald is the Manager of Public Services for Baker Library Special Collections at Harvard Business School. Throughout her career, Heather has worked in both university and museum archives leading outreach initiatives and making collections accessible.

Heather holds Masters' in Public History from Loyola University Chicago and Archival Studies from Clayton State University and earned a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan. She is an active member of the Society of American Archivists, serves on the board of the Society of Georgia Archivists (SGA), and is the editor of SGA's journal, Provenance.
