The Coalition to Advance Learning in Archives, Libraries, and Museums' Mapping the Landscape project focuses on documenting continuing education and professional development needs of staff across cultural memory institutions. The panelists discuss the project's goals, products (publications and data collection tools), and initial findings. Archivists involved in the project lead a discussion of how archives use this information in their work.
