Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Is your university or college in the process of forming a records management program? Is it time to renew or revamp your established RM program? Seven university records professionals from public and private institutions highlight what established and emerging programs can learn from each other. Topics include revising out-of-date retention policies, using an audit to garner institutional support, crafting a program across multiple campuses, and conducting a request-for-proposal process to outsource RM responsibilities.
