Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Good managers prepare for changes in staff, budgets, and priorities. With careful planning, an organization can handle staffing changes in key positions. But what happens when these transitions occur in the midst of larger organizational change? How do you maintain existing programs and implement new projects? The panelists share how they managed programs and projects in changing institutional cultures and how their institutions handled these transitions. ÿ
