Do romance novels and archives have anything in common? Of course they do! Two authors discuss their research and use of primary sources for their historical romance novels. One shares her experiences writing romance featuring African American Christian characters during Reconstruction and the Great Migration, and the other discusses her research for Regency- and Victorian-era romances, which include medical history.
