It's time for the processing stand-up! Agile project management (PM) is used in software development to manage complex, multifaceted projects. Panelists present their implementations and adaptations of Agile PM for archival processing, using Agile tools to increase transparency in processing activities, process collaboratively across organizational functions, and increase efficiency through focused sprints of activity.
