603 - The Post-Specialist Era: Collaborative Workflows for Born-Digital Processing

How do digital and non-digital archives staff collaborate to process born-digital materials? A diverse group of archivists representing academic, religious, and medical repositories explore this question in the context of their own institutional workflows. This session posits the theory that we are approaching a post-specialist landscape in which the digital archivist is no longer the sole custodian of born-digital collections and all members of the repository team have a role to play.
