I process our institutional archives before transferring them to the Library of Congress. On a way I'm making our small internal collection of documents to keep. I also help to organize and maintain other department's archives and take a part in documents retention. As a native speaker of Russian and proficient in other Slavic languages I catalog Slavic grantees publications. My general librarian tasks include daily Nexis search and Democracy digest compilation, maintaining exhibits, and outreach.
